Sunday Discovery Workshops with Dana Ruch

Deeply balancing yoga practice for all levels- Sunday 10 June 2012, 9:00-11:30 am
This all level yoga class is designed for those who wish to revise and reconnect with their personal yoga practice. The themes, postures and breathing techniques that we have practiced during the last trimester. During these workshops, you will gently balance and relax your entire system. Special theme: a voyage through the chakras.
Prices: CHF 52- or CHF 45- for Avigal members, CHF 40- for students and unemployed

Extensive practice of asana and pranayama - Sunday 17 June 2012, 9 am - 12 noon
Yoga asana, bandha, breathing techniques and meditation eliminate physical et psychological toxines and residu and strengthen the nervous system. This workshop will give you several keys to deepen your personal practice and further investigate the art and science of Yoga. Special theme: a voyage through the chakras.
It is necessary to have practiced yoga regulary for at least one year to participate.
Prices: CHF 62- or CHF 55- for Avigal membres, CHF 45- for students and unemployed

Introduction to yoga for beginners: RELAX and RENEW - Sunday 9 September 2012, 9:30-11:30
Yoga is for everybody. It addresses all people cultivating conscious, sincere, and healthful living. We explore and awaken the vitality and consciousness of our bodies, minds and hearts. During these workshops, we learn adapted warm-ups for the spine and joints, postures, breath awareness and relaxation. Yoga means to join, to unite, to reconcile. In yoga practice we gather and focus our physical and mental forces creating, like rays of the sun, light, joy, energy, power. Garantee to feel good, relax and renew ! This class is also suited for those who wish to revise their practice.
Price: CHF 42- / CHF 80- couples / CHF 35- for Avigal members, CHF 30- for students and unemployed
